We want you to be happy with Offset. That's why there's a free 7-day trial — try everything before you pay.
If you buy Offset and it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. You don't need a reason.
Send your purchase email (or receipt) to support@getoffset.app. We'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your licence ends once the refund is issued — we ask that you stop using Offset.
Beyond the 14-day window we generally don't offer refunds, since the trial lets you evaluate Offset fully beforehand. If something's wrong, still reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.
